that starting from April 2010 for the first time
ever Visa Free Ferry Connection between Russian
Federation and Finland will be established by EU
ferry operator - "ST.PETER LINE".
Passengers from all over
the world will be able to enjoy marvelous treasures
of Russian North Capital Saint-Petersburg within 72
hours without Russian visa.
The respective changes
in Russian Legislation have been adopted with the
support of Saint-Petersburg City Government. In
accordance with the revised law visa free regime
will be extended for ferry passengers of all
nationalities traveling to the ports of Russian
Federation.
"Princess Maria" is a 34
000 GRT modern passenger ferry which can accommodate
up to 1638 passengers on board and carry up to 395
vehicles.

The vessel was built in
Finland and until nowadays was operated by
first-class Danish ferry operator (DFDS A/S). Before
operations start “Princess Maria” will be refreshed,
